In Section 146 of the principal Act,— of Section 146 o f Assam Act XXIV of 1959. (1) in the marginal note, between the words “Anchalik Panchayat” and “to” the words “or Moh kum a Parishad” shall be inserted ; (2) in sub-section (1),— (a) between the words “Anchalik Panchayat” and “may” the words “or Mohkuma Parishad” shall be inserted ; (b) between the words “ Panchayat” and “concern ed” the words “or Mohkuma Parishad” shall be inserted.
