“ (2) After passing an order under sub-section (1) the Deputy Commissioner or the Subdivisional Officer, as the cate may be, shall forthwith submit a copy of the order assigning reasons for making it along with any explanation submitted by the Gaon or Anchalik Panchayat or Mohkuma Parishad concerned to the , State Government which may rescind, modify or confirm the order.” Amendment 24 .
