In clause (») of section 70 of the principal of section 7O A ct__ (1) for the words “major hats or bazars” occur ring between the words “of ” and “ buildings” , the words “hats according to the provisions of section 71 A ” shall be substituted ; (2) the proviso at the end shall be deleted.
