The meeting shall be held on a day not later than fifteen days from the date of issue of the notice of the meeting. If the President fails to convene the meeting within the specified time, the members shall request the Deputy Commissioner for the purpose, who shall direct the Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla Parishad to convene the meeting. *^fm prcsi- 74- (1) Without prejudice to the provision under dent and this Act a President or a Vice- President or a yi“ -Presi-member of a Zilla Parishad may be removed from office zuiaSan-by the State Government for misconduct in the discharge =had. of his duties or neglect or incapacity to perform his duties or for being persistently remiss in the discharge of or guilty of any disgraceful conduct.
