(1) Every Anchaiik Parchayat shall consist of : - ef Anchaiik Panchayat. A (a) One member from each Gaon Panchayat -to be directly elected from the territorial constituencie of the Gaon Panchayats un^er the jurisdiction of the Anchaiik Paechayat. (b) The Presidents of the Gaon Panchayats fallirg within th* jurisdiction of the Anchaiik Panchayat.
