(1) The State Government may delegate any of their theP °JDyr s Co- PQ w ers under this Act or rules framed thereunder ex- mmissioner, cept where expressly provided to the contrary to any n“io ffic e ro r Government officer of Gazetted rank. any other Ga zetted officer. (2) Except where expressly provided to the contrary, the Government may delegate all or any of the powers ef the Deputy Commissioner or the Sub-divisional Officer under this Act or rules framed there under this to any Government Officer of Gazetted rank. (3) Except where expressly provided to the contrary, the Deputy Commissioner or the Sub-divisional Officer as the case may be, may delegate all or any of their pow ers under this Act or rules framed under this Act to any Government officer of Gazetted rank- (4) The delegation of power under sub-section (1), (2), and (3) shall be an order in writing and such order may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
