(1) The enactments specified in the Schedule to Sa\•ings. this Act with regard to their operation in respect of incorporation, regulation and winding up of nnn- trading companies witb objects confined to the State of Assam are hereby repealed. 1913 JCJ42 1951 1952 (2) Notwithstanding tiw repeal under sub-sec- tion (I), the provisions of the enactments repealed shall. with regard to non-tniding companies with objects confined to the State of Assa m, apply in res- pect of such matters as provided in Sections 645. 646, 647, 648, 649, 650. 65 1, 652. 653, 654, G.'i.'i 656, 657 Act 1 of ct11d 6."8 of the Companies Act, 1956. ·
