Illegal realisation.— (1) Realisation of a n y ‘salami’ from the tenant at the time of initiating a lease shall not exceed an amount equivalent to one year’s rent for the land ; (2) Any realisation of fresh ‘salami’ at the time of renewal of the lease shall be illegal.
