- S. 1(I) This Act may be called the Indian Elec- tricity (As>am Amendment) Act, 19 '3
- S. 2The section amends the principal act by substituting "an amount" for "purchase price of the undertaking" and deleting certain words in section 5.
- S. 3In section 6 of the principal Act, in sub· of section 6
- S. 4For section 7-A of the principal Act, the following section shall be substituted, namely- ''Determi- nation of 7-A
