(1) The Board or the Director may appoint officers and staff of the Academy in accordance with the provisions as may be provided by the Board for appointment on direct recruitment, deputation, promotion or on contract basis. (2) The Board shall determine the manner and the terms and conditions of appointment of officers and staff of the Academy.
