(1) The first Statutes of the Law School shall be made by the Director General with the approval of the President. They shall be placed before the General Council at its first meeting, which may adopt them with or without modifications (2) The first Regulations of the Law School shall be made by the Director General of the Law School in consultation with the President. They shall be placed before the Executive Council at its first meeting which may adopt them with or without modifications.
