- S. 1(1) This Act may be called the Assam Municipal (Amendment) Act, 2003
- S. 2In the principal Act, after section 12
- S. 3in the principal Act, for section 14, the o f following section shall be substituted, namely Section 14
- S. 4Section 4 amends the Assam Municipal Act to specify the "qualifying date" for electoral rolls and adds a clause on electoral roll preparation.
