In the principal Act, section 299 shall be <f seCi299. substituted aS follows namely : — Co.isequ .'xe "299. When an order of dissolution has been ordisw.uuo ) passed under section 298, the following consequen ces shall ensue:— (a) all Commissioners of the Board shall, as from the d^te of the order of dissolution, vacate their offices as such Commissioners ; , .
