After clause (8) of section 3 of she principal Act, the following shall be inserted as clause (8a), namely :— I “ (8a) ‘Cattle’ shall mean and include oxen, bulls, cows, goats, sheep, horses, buffaloes, asses, mules and donkeys excluding those covered by section 68(1) (g).”
