- S. 1—
- S. 2Section 2 amends the Assam Municipal Act to regulate licensing for public entertainments within the municipality.
- S. 3Section 3 amends the Assam Municipal Act to allow suspension or revocation of licenses if conditions are violated or fraud is involved.
- S. 4For section 236C of the said Act, the following section shall be substituted, namely:— “ 236C

- S. 14(2) It shall come into force on such date as the Provincial Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, ap
