In addition to AMY tax payable under this Notification the owner or person having possession or control of Motor Vehicle shall pay any tax or penalty payable under this Act for any period that comes into effect from the date of Notification issued under the provision of the Assam Motor Vehicle Taxation Act, 1936 at such rates as applicable to such vehicles from time to time."
