(1) Any amount of fine under sub-section (3) and (4) of section 7, remaining unpaid shall be treated as an arrear of Land Revenue and shall be recovered under the provisions of the Bengal Public Demand Recovery Act, 1913 ( Act No. III of 1913) Obligation of the Mobile Theatre.
