(1) This Act may be called the Assam Mobile Theatre (Regulation and Artists’ Welfare Fund) Act, 2010. (2) It extends to the whole of Assam including the hills Districts. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different areas. Definitions.
