(1) The Chief Executive Councillor,Deputy Chief Executive Councillor and the Executive Councillors shall be wholetime functionaries and shall be paid out of the General Council Fund such salaries and allowances as may be prescribed. (2) The other terms and conditions of service of the Chief Executive Council- lor, Deputy Chief Executive Councillor and the Executive Councillors shall be such as may be prescribed.
