In the principal Act. in section 2, for clause (t), the following shall be substituted namely:- ··co "Authority" means the Authority as may be notified under this clause by the Government for carrying out the duties and functions assigned to it under this Act•," In the principal Act, in section 50 , in sub-section ( 4), for the word "Commission" , the word "Authority" shall be substituted. In the principal Act, in section 52,for the word "Comission", the word "Authority" shall be substituted. In the principal Act, in section 57, for the word"Commission", the word "Authority" shall be substituted.
