The Ministers and the Leader of the Opposition shall not, during the tenure of their office in respect of which they draw salaries and allowances,- (a) practice any profession or engage in any trade or undertake for remuneration any employment other than · their duties as such Minister or the Leader of the Opposition, as the case may be. (b) be entitled to any salary or allowances as are admissible to a Member of the Assam Legislative Assembly.
