Prohibition against practising any profession or drawing salary as Member during the tenure of the office as Minister or Deputy Minister.-A Minister and a Deputy Minister shall not during the tenure of his office for which he draws salary and allowance- (a) practise any profession or engage in any trade or undertake for remuneration any employment other than his duties as Minister or Deputy Minister, or (b) be entitled to any salary or allowance as a Member of the Legislative Assembly.
