Ethical Committee shall be Constituted by three (3) Members of the Council and they shall be elected by the members of the Council and this Ethical Committee shall function as per guidelines laid down by the Medical Council of India from time to time. If any doctor is found guilty of violation of ethics by the Ethical Committee, his/her Registration may be withdrawn for a period of time as may be decided by the Ethical Committee." S. M.
