An appeal shall lie- ( a) to the Deputy Commissioner against the order of the Revenue Officer under section I 0, provided that it is preferred within 30 days from the date of the order appealed against, and (b) to the High Court against the order, original or appellate, of the Deputy Commissioner, provided that it is preferred within 60 days of the date of the order appealed against.
