(1) The Authority shall cause to be maintained proper books of accounts and such other books as the rules made under this Act may require and shall prepare in accordance with such rules an annual statement of accounts. (2) The Authority shall 'cause its accounts to be audited annually by such persons as the State Government may direct. Powerto make 19. Pltonil Doloni (shallow marshy land with savannah type of grass) : A pitoni and a doloni, in local term for shallow marshy land is usually found in the interior landscape ofMajuN. Sometimes they are fed by streams or small channels, remains muddy with ankle deep water. In summer noon buffaloes and cows are found to be grazing and wallowing in these shallow and muddy swamps.
