With effect from the date of publication of the Notification under sub-section(1) of section 5, the administration, management and control of all provincialised Madrassa Educational Institutions coming within the purview of this Act shall vest in the State Government. Managing Committee in respect of provincialised Pre-Senior Madrassa.
