(1) Every Local Self-Government shall publish the Medium Term Fiscal Plan (MTFP), the annual budget, annual accounts and the annual report together with the certified annual accounts in such manner as may be prescribed. (2) Every Local Self-Government shall, within six months from the end of the financial year submit a copy of its annual report together with the certified annual accounts to the State Government and the State Government shall cause the annual report together with the certified annual'accounts to be laid, as soon as may be they are received, before the House o f the State Legislative Assembly.
