In section 3A of the said Regulation for the words o:Ue~e~f:n "eight annas an ac.re" the following shall be substituted, 3A of Regu- namely :- latjon III of 1879 (as " ( i) One rupee per acre in the case of revenue free amended by land or land paying land revenue at a rate not exceeding Act VI of rupee one per acre and 1926). ' ~epeal. (ii) eight 3;nnas per acre or at the rate mentioned in section 3 whichever is higher in the case of other revenue paying land."
