After Section 3 of the principal Act the following shall be inserted as Section 3A, na mely:— "3A. No persons shall — (1) publish or display advertisement of liquor or of any preparation fit for use as intoxicating liquor, in the News papers, Periodicals, Journals. Hoar dings, Banners, etc., printed and pub lished in and from that area ; (2) import/possess any News paper, Journal, Preriodical, etc., if they con tain advertisement of liquor or of any preparation fit for use as intoxi cating liquor.” V.
