A m endm ent o f Se cti on 17 (1 ).—In sub-section (1) of section 17 of the Principal Act, for the words “ consisting of two or more non-official residents” , the words “consisting in such proportion as the Commissioner may deem fit, of two or more official and non-official residents” , shall be substituted.
