Amendment of Section 2 of Assam Act 1 of 1953.—The word ‘Explanations’ and the whole of the explanation (i) under sub-section (3) of Section 2 of the Principal Act as inserted by the Assam Liquor Prohibition (Amendment) Act, 1956 (Assam Act XIII of 1956) shall be deleted and the figure (ii) shall be substituted by the word ‘Explanation’.
