in section 6 of the principal Act,— of Section 6 • of Assam Act X of 1970. (1) In sub-section (1), the words "Sub-Di visional Officer of a Sub-Division or Sadar Sub-Divisional Officer, as the case may be” shall be substituted by the word "Collector.” (2) In sub-section (2). the words "Sub-Di visional Officer” in betw een the words "the” and "passed” shall be substituted by the word "Collector.” MD.
