Am endm ent of Section 71 of Re gulatio n I of Ifi86.—Insert the following proviso after the third proviso to Section 7I of the Assam Land and Revenue Regulation, 1886, na mely:— “ Fourthly, nothing in this section shall apply to encumbrances created in favour of Government in any Es tate.”
