In the principal Act, after Section 25, the follow ig « w Section n e w l e ct io n sh all be inserted , nam ely 25 A in As- sam A c t- V III of 1936. “25 A. Assessment of revenue on industrial land— Notwithstanding anything contained in the Act, where land originally settled is used as industrial land, th e revenue thereon shall be assessed at such higher rates as may be prescribed by rules”.
