(1) Any person, aggrieved by the Judgement and order (not being an interlocutory order) of the Special Tribunal, may prefer an Appeal before the Special Court on any question of law or o f fact. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Limitation Act, 1963, an appeal under this section shall be preffered it within a period of sixty days from the date of passing of the Judgement and order by the Special Tribunal. (2) Separate Appeal shall lie against the respective Judgement and order of the Special Tribunal passed in respect of the civil proceeding as well as in crimianl proceedings respectively under this Act and the period of sixty days shall bd reckoned from the respective date of Judgement and order passed in each of the proceedings.
