(1) The Academic Council shall consist of the following . members, namely :- (i) The Vice- Chancellor; (ii) The Registrar; (iii) The Dean (Academic): (iv) The Dean (Administration); (v) The Dean (Stlldy Centres); (vi) Other Dean (if any); and (vii) Such other officers of the University as the University and the Academic Council may consider necessary to co-opt as members. (1) The Board of Management shall constitute a Finance Committee consisting of not more than six members as follows: (i) The Vice-Chaocellor, Ex-Officio Chairman; (ii) The Commissioner and Secretal)'. to the Govt. of Assam.
