(I) Notwithstanding anything contained in ment of an Section 8, there shall be appointed by the Beard— Executive Committee a i i Executive Committee consisting of seven dPng^Fnance members of whom five members shall be appointed Committee by the Board and the remaining two shall be of the Board, nominated by ti.e State Government from amongst the members of the Board ; and (b) a Standing Finance Committee consisting of five members of whom three members shall be appointed by the Board from amongst the members of the Board and the remaining two shall be filled in by' the State Government by making nomination from persons who by their wide financial experience are fitted to serve on the Standing Finance Committee.” Amendment
