Am endm ent o f section 10 o f A ssam Act X V I o f 1955.-—For sub-sections (2) and (3) of section 10 of the principal Act the following shall respectively be substituted, namely :— “ (2) Every contract shall be made on behalf of the Board, by the Secretary. (3) Every contract made by the Secretary on behalf of the Board, shall subject to the provisions of this section, be entered into in such manner and orm as may be prescribed.” J.
