Supplementary Budget.—The Board may submit a supplemental budget as approved by the State Government for the sanction of the Al India Khadi and Village Industries Board, in such form and before sue date as the All-India Khadi and Village Industries Board may prescribe and the provisions of Section 21 shall apply to such supplementary budge
