Budget.—The Board shall, on such date as may be fixed by the All-India Khadi and Village Industries Board prepare and submit to the All-India Khadi and Village Industries Board the budget as approved by the State Government for the next financial year showing estimated receipts and expenditure on capital and revenue accounts according to the pro gramme and the schedule of the stock.
