With the prior approval of the Government, the University may make and Provident appropriate provisions for the benefit of its officers, teachers and other Fund ■ employees under its control in matters of pension, insurance and provident fund and for such other benefits as it may deem fit, in such manner as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
