(1} The Controller of Examinations shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor, on deputation from Government or any other organizations. (2) The Controller of Examinations shall be responsible for advanced preparatory action, effective conduct of examinations, proper valuation of the answer scripts, tabulations, timely declaration of the results and expeditious distribution of the Diplomas and Certificates.
