(i) The Jogighopa (Assam) Unit of Ashok saving, paper Mills Limited ( Acquisition and Transfer of Undertaking) Ordinance, 1990 is HEREBY RE PEALED. THE ASSAM GAZETTE. EXTRAORDINARY. SEPT. 25. 1990 799 (ii) NOTWITHSTANDING such repeal; any thing done or any action taken or purported to have been taken under the ordinance so repealed shall be deemed to have been done or taken under corresponding provision of this Act. THE SCHEDULE ( See sections 9, 19, 20, 2 1, 22 and 24 ) Order of priority for the discharge of the liabilities of the Company in respect of the Under taking. Pre-Appointed Day Management period. CATEGORY: I Employees’ dues on account of unpaid salaries and wages, provident fund, Employees’ State Insu rance Contribution and any e thcr amounts due to employees before the date of taking over of the management of the Undertaking of the Company on the appointed day. CATEGORY : II Secured loans ' of the Bank and Financial Institutions. CATEGORY : III Revenue, taxes, cesses, rat s and other due to the Central and State Government and local authorities or State Electricity Board. CATEGORY : IV Principal amount of unsecured loans advanced by Banks and Financial Institutions, CATEGORY : V Amounts due by way of interest or, unsecured loans referred to the Category IV. CATEGORY : VI Any other credit availed of for the purposes of carrying on any trading or manufacturing operations and any ether dues. K.
