The University shall be open to everyone n94rdless ofgarder, raw or creed, it shall not tn lawful for the University to adopt or impose on any person wry test whatsoever of religious belief or probssion to entitle him to be admitted to it as a teacher or as a Hadnt m to hold any office therein, or to graduate or to enjoy or exenise any particular benefaction accepted by the University, where such test is made a condition thereof by any te$tamentary or other instrurnent creating such benefaction.
