If any dispute arises as to the interpntation of any of the provisions of this Aa, the interpretation given tv the Chan anor shall be final aId binding to all canoernecl Removal of Difficulties ( 1) If any difficulty aljses as to the first @nsdtution arwconstitution af any authority of the Univer$iV after the wmmen®ment of this Act or otherwise in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by order, ranove the dimcuhies as deemed necessary for the purpose. Notwithstanding all that is contained in this Act, any difficultY Or dispute encountered by the University shall be attended to tV the Vice-Chancellor in order to provide a solution, in coil$uh8tion with the Chancellor.
