Council (d) (e) (D (a) to recommend to the Aoadernic Council the conditions for the award of Degrees, Diplomas and other distinctions; to encourage, subject to prior approval of the A£ademic Council, les%roh in subjects assigned to the faculty; and to deal with any other rnaHm nfetnd to it by the AcadwHc Council. Thwe shall be a Director of each Centre who shall be responsible for the duo observance of the Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations relating to the Centre. He or she shall tn the Executive Office of the Centre and shall preside at its meeting.
