(1) The University shall include the Faculty ofHumuati% Science, law, Agriculture, Cornrner% Management, Mass Conrmw$cation, &rvironrnental Science, Indian Fine Arts and such other Facultjn as may be prncdbed by the Statute£ Each faculty shall, subject to the control of the Academic Council, have charge ofteachin& the courws of study and the 19$eanh work, including delivery ofconstatancy services in snh subjects as may be assigned to such faculty by the Ordinanws. (2) (3) Each faculty shall consist of,– (i) The Heads of the DepaRrnents; (ii) Such teachers of subjecB assigned to the acuIty as may be appointed to the faculty by the Academic CouxSl; (iii) Such teachers ofsubjoctg not assigned to the faculty but have, in the opinion of the Academic Cournil, an important bearing on those subj®ts! Provided that a teacher so elected shall hold office for a period of two years from the date of his election; 8 (iV) Such other persons as may be appointed to the faculty bY the Acadanic Council on ®wuat of their possessing exWR knowledge in a subject or sub}eet assigned to the faQUltY.
