The Executive Council shall appoint Directors for different Multi or Inter- Disciplinary progmmm6s. The term of the Deans and Directors of the University shall be for a period of thr@ years. TwIn of Deans and Directors The Finance Officer (1) The Finance OfRoer shall be a fUll-time .salaried officer of the University and dull be appointed by the Executive Council on a full- term basis. The Finance Ofn wr shall exeniw general supervision over the funds of the University and advice in realII to its financial policy.
