(1) The Government may, by notification, appoint such officers from the Irrigation or any other Government or Government Aided Department as it may consider necessary to be the competent authority to every farmers' organisation for the purpose of this Act. 16 (2) the competent authority appointed under sub-section (1) shall be responsible to respective farmers' organization in the implementation and execution of all decisions taken by the farmers' organisation. The office bearers of the committees of the farmers' organisation shall act voluntarily. CHAPTER-IV RESOURCES Resources of farmers' organisation.
