(1) The Regulatory Authority shall have such number of Divisions or Departments, to administer and enforce the provisions relating to safety, environment, trade, and dispute resolution and for any other activities or purposes as may be determined by the Regulatory Authority. (2) Each Division or Department shall be headed by an officer appointed by the State Government, to be designated as the Head of that Division or Department who shall function under the superintendence, direction and control of the Chairperson of the Regulatory Authority. (3) The Regulatory Authority may set up administrative divisions required for its proper functioning, such as information technology, administration, finance and any other, in the manner as may be prescribed by rules made by the State Government.
